FOUNDATION BAKING FOR BEGINNERS [5 Day Class] *

For Ages 16 years and above


Day 1 :  Basics Of Biscuits & Cookies

Day 2 :  Savoury /Sweet -Tarts & Simple Pies

Day 3 :  Batter Cakes / Butter [ Tea Cakes]

Day 4 :  Puddings - Hot & Cold

Day 5 :  Yeast Products- Various Buns / Bread Rolls


  • Every Session is about 3½ - 4hrs 
  • Five recipes covered every day [ during 1 session] based on methods of preparation
  • Individual Option of Egg free  OR Regular Baking

ADVANCED BAKING [5 Day Class] *

For Ages 16 years and above

[for those who have finished the Foundation level OR for experienced bakers]


Day 1 : Piped Cookies / Slices  

Day 2 : Basic Pastry- Choux /  Puff  / Hot Water Crust.

Day 3 : Sponges /Chiffons  Cakes

Day 4 : Mousses / Souffles / Meringues

Day 5 : Yeast Products-Breads/ Fried Yeast doughs / Flat breads


Every Session is about  4hrs -4½ Hours

Five recipes covered every day [ during 1 session] based on methods of preparation

Individual Option of Egg-free  OR Regular Baking

Step 1 : Read through the Classes Offered page and pick the ones that interest you 

                   [ if in doubt read 'Who Takes These Classes' page]


Step 2 : Check the Calendar page and see when these classes are scheduled


Step 3 : Call up [after 2pm] OR message  [whatsapp] OR email and give your name and phone number along with the class chosen. In case if course is not in the schedule leave a message for updates.

Step 5: Collect advance receipts if   paying in person OR Inform @ 9841057422 regarding online payments- name & contact number


Step 6 : Pay the full fees on the first day of class


  • Advance fees are not refunded if the candidate cancels or does not attend on the particular week for which the advance is paid
